MATT JESSESSKY
Program Manager , mjessessky@advantagehealth.com
Matt is in his element when he’s supporting others in reaching their goals, regardless of age or ability level. He has experience working folks of all ages, helping them incorporate functional strength into their routines to live their best, healthy lives. Before fitness, Matt spent 8 years coaching high school & college baseball. During college, he suffered a back injury that inspired his interest in finding the connection between fitness and healing. In 2018, Matt combined his passions for coaching and fitness to become a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. He specializes in functional movement strength training and would absolutely love to have you come in for a session on the TRX.
In his free time, he enjoys running local trails with his younger brother, watching nerdy movies with his better half and their two rescue animals – Dr. Abraham Erskine CatPhD and Annie the Coonhound. He is an AVID Wisconsin sports fan (Go Pack, Go!), a fan of all things nerdy: horror movies, video games, and collecting comic books – His favorite superhero being Captain America.
“It doesn’t matter your age, ability level, or where you’re starting. Taking everything one day, one step, and one rep at a time brings you that much closer to your goals. You take that first step through the door, and we’ve got your back from there!"
